Partner Programme

Application terms.

These terms apply when a trainer, business, professional or affiliate submits an application to the PHENIA Partner Programme.

Last updated: 17 September 2026

Who operates the UK programme

The United Kingdom PHENIA Partner Programme is operated by PHENIA GENETICS LTD (company number 17438712), incorporated in England and Wales, with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Canadian programme contracting details will be confirmed before any Canadian commercial partner agreement takes effect.

1. Application—not automatic acceptance

Submitting an application gives PHENIA permission to assess the information provided and contact the applicant. It does not guarantee acceptance, account activation, training access, directory placement, client leads, product supply, commission, wholesale pricing or territory availability.

2. Accurate information

Applicants must provide accurate, current and complete information. PHENIA may request evidence of qualifications, insurance, business activity, audience, identity or other information relevant to programme suitability. Materially inaccurate or misleading information may result in rejection or removal.

3. Approval and final agreement

A partner relationship begins only after PHENIA confirms acceptance in writing and the applicant accepts the final partner agreement. That agreement will control compensation, eligible transactions, attribution, payment timing, returns, taxes, wholesale terms, brand use, territory, training, suspension and termination.

4. Proposed commercial terms

Any reference on the website to a 20% referral commission, 20% of eligible Ask PHENIA renewals for the first 12 paid months, wholesale pricing or another earning opportunity describes proposed pilot terms only. It is not a promise of payment until confirmed in the final partner agreement. A partner cannot receive both referral commission and wholesale margin on the same transaction.

5. No earnings guarantee

Examples of possible revenue or client growth are illustrative only. PHENIA does not guarantee sales, income, leads, renewals, customer retention, business growth or territory value. Each partner remains responsible for its own pricing, services, costs, taxes, licences and professional obligations.

6. Professional and non-clinical boundaries

Partner status is not a medical, genetic, nutritional, fitness or healthcare qualification. Partners must not diagnose, treat, prescribe, make disease claims, guarantee outcomes, overstate genetic associations or represent PHENIA as replacing professional care. A partner may provide services only within the scope of its own qualifications, insurance and applicable rules.

7. Marketing and disclosure

Partners must use current PHENIA-approved claims and materials, present limitations clearly and disclose their commercial relationship with PHENIA wherever required. Partners must not create unsupported scientific, medical, performance or income claims or imply government, clinical or professional endorsement.

8. Territory and directory

No area is exclusive unless a signed agreement expressly grants exclusivity and defines its boundaries, duration and performance conditions. Directory placement and leads may be changed, paused or withdrawn. Partner status does not prevent PHENIA from selling directly or appointing other partners unless agreed in writing.

9. Data protection

Applicants must read the Privacy Notice. Partners must not send PHENIA client health information, DNA files or genetic results through the application form or ordinary email. Any future handling of customer data will require separate authorised systems, instructions and contractual safeguards.

10. Brand and confidential information

Applicants receive no right to use PHENIA trademarks, logos, reports, software or confidential materials unless permission is given in writing. Any permission is limited, revocable and subject to brand standards.

11. Independent businesses

Unless a final agreement expressly says otherwise, partners operate as independent businesses. They cannot bind PHENIA, make commitments on PHENIA’s behalf or describe themselves as employees, agents, franchisees, medical representatives or PHENIA-certified professionals.

12. Review and removal

PHENIA may reject an application or suspend or revoke programme access where standards are not met, information is inaccurate, brand or customer risk arises, or the final agreement permits it. Any accrued payment rights will be handled under the final agreement and applicable law.
