Who operates PHENIA

This pre-launch website is operated by PHENIA GENETICS LTD (company number 17438712), incorporated in England and Wales, with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, for visitors in both the United Kingdom and Canada. Canadian paid/genetic services remain pre-launch; any applicable Canadian contracting entity and service-specific terms will be identified before those services begin.

1. Pre-launch status

This website describes products, prices and programme features that are planned or under development. Unless a checkout or written agreement expressly states otherwise, website content is not an offer capable of acceptance, and joining an early-access list or submitting a partner application does not create a purchase, partnership, agency, franchise, employment or exclusive-territory agreement.

2. Informational and non-medical use

PHENIA is intended to provide educational wellness information. Website content and any examples of future genetic interpretation or Ask PHENIA responses are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, emergency support or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Do not change medication, treatment, diet, supplementation or exercise solely because of information on this website.

3. Eligibility

The pre-launch forms and planned consumer service are intended for adults aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate information and must not submit another person’s information without authority.

4. Pricing and availability

Displayed prices, included periods, upgrade windows, package contents, launch dates, taxes, delivery areas and availability remain subject to the final checkout terms. PHENIA may correct errors and change pre-launch information before accepting an order. Any paid order will be governed by separate terms of sale shown before purchase.

5. Accounts and security

Do not attempt to access unavailable accounts, interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, scrape personal information or use the site unlawfully. You are responsible for safeguarding any future login credentials issued to you.

6. Intellectual property

The PHENIA name, branding, website design, copy, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to PHENIA and may not be copied, modified, distributed or used commercially without written permission. No trademark or other licence is granted by visiting the site.

7. Third parties

The site may refer to laboratories, collection providers, partners, professional services or external websites. References do not make PHENIA responsible for a third party’s services, availability, terms or privacy practices.

8. Accuracy and availability

PHENIA aims to keep pre-launch information accurate but does not promise that the site will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PHENIA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on pre-launch website content. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
