Your genetics can help explain why you may respond differently.

Why can two people follow the same training plan, drink the same coffee, eat similarly or sleep on the same schedule — and still respond differently? Genetics can be one part of the explanation. PHENIA is designed to translate supported inherited tendencies into plain-language context you can actually understand, without pretending DNA is destiny.

Performance

VO₂ max + endurance

Explore supported variants associated with aerobic capacity, oxygen utilisation, endurance characteristics and other cardiovascular-performance traits. The goal is context around how you may be built to respond — not a prediction of your measured VO₂ max or future performance.

Training

Power, muscle + recovery

See supported tendencies related to power vs endurance characteristics, muscle response, recovery and selected exercise-related injury or inflammation context where the evidence is strong enough to interpret responsibly.

Stimulants

Caffeine metabolism

Selected variants can be associated with differences in caffeine metabolism and stimulant sensitivity. PHENIA can help explain why the same coffee may affect two people differently — including relevant timing and sleep context.

Reset

Sleep + circadian

Explore supported tendencies related to chronotype, sleep timing, circadian preference and selected sleep-response traits. Results are presented as one inherited layer alongside behaviour, environment, schedule and other factors.

Fuel

Carbohydrates + fats

Explore supported traits related to carbohydrate response, fat metabolism, appetite, satiety and body-composition tendencies. PHENIA explains what a finding may mean and where genetics is only a small part of the picture.

Nutrition

Nutrients + food context

See selected nutrient-metabolism and food-response traits, with clear context around nutrients or food sources that may be worth paying attention to. PHENIA does not prescribe a genetically “perfect diet” or claim that one food plan is right for you.

Body

Body composition + weight response

Where evidence supports it, explore inherited tendencies related to appetite, satiety, fat storage, body composition and response to diet or exercise. These findings cannot promise faster fat loss or predict exactly how much weight you will lose.

Mind

Stress + behavioural response

Selected evidence-supported variants may add context around stress response, behavioural tendencies, sensory traits or temperament. These are presented cautiously — not as a diagnosis, a mental-health prediction or a genetic definition of your personality.

Important: these are illustrative categories, not guaranteed launch reports. Final traits depend on the selected assay, evidence framework and laboratory workflow. Genetics is one factor among many. PHENIA will not promise faster fat loss, a specific VO₂ max, guaranteed fitness gains, an ideal diet, improved mood or improved health from a genetic result alone.
